As their Store Manager , you'll be the heartbeat of the store - driving performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver top-tier customer service Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and reflect seasonal swimwear trends Manage inventory levels, stock control, and product replenishment Recruit, train, and develop new staff, fostering a supportive and productive store culture Handle day-to-day operations including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and reporting Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Drive KPIs and support promotional activities and in-store events Maintain cleanliness, organization, and health & safety standards in-store Skills & Experience: Proven experience in retail management (1-2 years minimum, fashion/swimwear industry preferred) Strong leadership, team development, and performance management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Commercial awareness with a results-driven attitude Visual merchandising experience is a plus Confident using POS systems and basic reporting tools Passion for fashion, swimwear, and beach lifestyle brands What We Are Looking For: A proactive leader who can think on their feet and solve problems independently A hands-on approach with a customer-first mindset Flexible availability, including weekends and peak holiday periods A personal sense of style and enthusiasm for promoting new collections A commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive store environment To apply online, please click on the apply button.
